I run workshops for parents, seniors, school staff, and community groups. Each session is designed around your audience, not a generic slide deck. Parents leave with conversation starters they can use that night. Seniors leave with practical skills they can apply immediately. Staff leave with clear guidelines for responsible AI use.
I recently led a parent workshop at a Vancouver secondary school on how AI is changing their children's education. Parents left with a take-home guide and three conversation starters they could use that evening.
AI Friction Audit

A focused, fast-turnaround engagement that answers one question: where are you losing time and money that AI could fix? I spend a day examining your biggest pain points, interview the people who do the work, and deliver a clear report with specific findings, quantified costs, and recommended solutions. You walk away knowing exactly what is costing you and what to do about it.
The audit is a standalone deliverable. It is not a sales pitch for a larger engagement. If the findings point to deeper work, we can discuss that. If you take the report and act on it yourself, that is a good outcome too.

AI Readiness Assessment
For nonprofits, community organisations, and school districts
A comprehensive, multi-week engagement for organisations ready to commit to an AI strategy. I interview staff across departments, map your workflows, quantify where time and money are being lost, and deliver a full opportunity report with a phased roadmap. This includes process maps, an executive summary for your board, and implementation estimates.
I also help with policy development, privacy compliance (FIPPA, PIPA), HR adaptation for AI-generated applications, and preparing leadership to make informed decisions.
I helped a community nonprofit go from no AI guidelines to a privacy-compliant working framework in six weeks, with a board presentation and phased implementation plan.
Education Initiatives
For school districts, education ministries, and research partners
I work with education partners to design and scale AI programmes that actually reach classrooms. Every programme follows a human-in-the-loop approach: AI supports students and teachers, it does not replace them. I pay particular attention to neurodivergent learners, where AI can serve as genuine assistive technology for students who need support with executive function, writing, and organisation.
I am collaborating on an AI education initiative focused on neurodivergent learners with a Greater Toronto Area school board, designing approaches that treat AI as assistive technology for students who need it most.
